As a spiritual person, nature for me has always been a healing place. Going back all the way to my childhood on the farm, the fields and forests were places of adventure and self-discovery. Animals were companions and friends, and the world moved at a slower, more rational pace than the bustling cities where I’d resided my adult life. David Mixner
Although I never lived on a farm, it is a lifestyle I have hankered after for most of my adult life. How amazing that this little piece of paradise still exists on Main Road, Mendham, nestled between the high school and residential area. The slower pace of life has been calling me, where you can find healing in nature, and also find adventure,  and through hard work, self discovery. You learn to respect relationships with the earth and our creator, and through this become a better person. It is somewhere where you can tend to yourself, which is fundamental before you are able to tend to others effectively.
