Yup…only way to do it…the kids must learn the value of chores…working hard at school, keeping things neat and tidy, cleaning the house, cooking, laundry…and washing the car! I have an enthusiastic car-washer, earning some much-needed pocket money with summer coming! There is much to be learned from chores, including responsibility and pride in your accomplishments. I just wish we had been stricter as parents enforcing chores all along!!! I also hope that the other one who is actually driving the car now takes turns in washing it!!
