Continuing with the remodeling…business executives want to be as cost effective (frugal) as possible, and so are waterproofing the basement themselves! A good incentive to do the labor yourself, thus saving cost, which your wife could then spend on upgrading the kitchen, and prepare you nice food!!! It is a win-win, because happy wife is a happy life (or so I have heard)! The aim in all the basement prep is not to overcapitalize, but make sure we have a dry storage place whilst downscaling, from a four-to-two bedroom home, and then create a perfect little space for all the gym equipment so we have not excuses not to exercise during winter when we can’t get out the front door for all the snow!!! Also…don’t forget the fully kitted out laundry, again…when mama ain’t happy ain’t nobody happy!
