I love instagram (yip, borrowed this again), saw this way before Cait told me! They had a little duathlon to finish the season…after a 10 x 500 m row, they had to run 3 miles down to Black’s beach and back….and look who came first! Woohoo! Always competing to test her own boundaries, but making it look so casual in the process! So proud!
