We were privileged to see the completed Spitfire in person, with a personal tour, and each got to sit in the cockpit, just imagining what it would have been like to fly one during the war! Unbelievable, and what a work of art in the restoration! Bringing a piece of history alive so that future generations can grasp what pilots went through, and allowing past pilots to remember their important part of history.
