The more crooked the trail, the more interesting, and there is often a beautiful view as a reward. We ventured out to do my final long run before my half marathon in a couple of weeks, and not long into it we were rewarded with this beautiful view. It seems that the colder the temperatures, the starker the contrasts. It was beautiful, and a reminder that no matter where you are in the world, there is beauty around every corner. If you had to just go in a straight line to reach it, it would be boring…so here’s to more windy, uphill roads, and more beautiful views!
