I am so excited to be doing a certification course in nutrition, to ensure I sustain a healthy lifestyle, making sure I make healthy choices regarding food in the week. So, today I prepared roasted veggies, which can be used in salads and stir fries in the week. Grateful for the bountiful veggies I can use, and the abundance of good food.
