What a weekend! This team had a huge chance at taking their title, but disappointment after disappointment occurred. The final straw ending the season – a stuck oar – bringing any chances of a comeback to an abrupt end. Disappointment for all those who worked so hard for the whole season, continually improving their times, getting better and better. Disappointing for some to end their rowing career on a low. Disappointing at a personal level for wanting to be able to make things better, but not being able to. But, at the end of the day, success will come…continue to work hard, learn from failure, remain loyal, and never give up!
