I have found that if I choose life, joy is a positive side-effect. And today, while I am feeling sad at having said my final goodbyes to my dearest dad, and once again leaving special family and friends behind, I have been filled with an absolute love of life…a need to live each day to the fullest, trying to be the best version of myself. I am also reminded by beautiful views like this when taking off from PE that our life on this earth is precious and a gift, and we are compelled to find beauty in the small things, and use each and every one of our talents for good.
