So, to celebrate Girlchild2’s 19th birthday in absentia, we had ice cream for tea! Actually frozen custard, which was delicious! She is out in the sticks somewhere remote with limited contact…but we couldn’t not celebrate her 19 beautiful years of life! What better way than with something sweet, making birthday memories for her! And she did let me know that the Head Chef where she is working made her a milktart…helps to have South African connections!
