I have been so self absorbed in a dark foggy mood that I have forgotten to look around, to be observant, and to be grateful. This morning I almost squished this beautiful caterpillar in my path while out on my run. He was so gorgeous, and will transform into something even more beautiful. Amazing that creation is so detailed and intricate…with each living creature created in intimate detail, serving a particular purpose. The fog did lift with each step I took…they key is definitely gratitude!
