So, I am trying to fix my bad habits of lying in bed in the morning instead of getting up to exercise….and one of the things I was doing was treating exercise as a punishment for eating the wrong types or too much food. Not a good idea. Instead, I am trying to be consistent, and create a habit of positivity. I have set a goal, just to be consistent. Consistent in exercise, consistent in eating, consistent in being kind, consistent in being less negative. Consistently practicing gratitude. It was a good start…3 miles on the treadmill in my brand new shoes…well, not brand new, but never been run in. And, I actually enjoyed the treadmill! Creating good habits with one positive action at a time.
