It turns out that every Thursday there is a Farmer’s Market on campus…right outside the library. How convenient. I have decided to make it my mission to know my food, farmers, and their kitchen after eating a most delicious stuffed hashbrown filled with spinach, mushrooms, and mozzarella from The Brazilian Guys – cooked to perfection! YUM! I think this may just replace my favorite food – the good ole’ burger! Grateful that I have the choice to choose what I want to eat, and that I can afford it! Looking forward to supporting these vendors!
