So, some other pretty momentous things happened this year. Our whole family have become US citizens, and with that can now cast our votes! This is probably one of the most fundamentally important things to do as a citizen of a country as all those before you have fought for the right to vote, and it is the only way that we really have any power to change the things that we don’t like. Am excited and honored to be participating in my first primary elections! Also grateful to have the ballot mailed to me so I have enough time to research who to vote for.
