When going back to all the familiar places of my childhood, at Christ Church it struck me that churches were built on hope. The hope of eternal life. We go to church religiously in the hope that we may have a piece of this one day. The hope of a new day when we wake each morning. The hope that with faith we will follow our chosen paths. It struck me that we are no different from every generation that has gone before, and it is our duty to live each day to our full potential, utilizing our given talents for all those generations that have gone before.
