What a find! This beautiful park on Lake Erie is an easy 30 minute drive from home. It has these gorgeous wetlands, as well as beautiful sandy beach and amazing facilities. So excited to explore this on weekends in summer. There are extensive bike trails, and of course, you can kayak anywhere. Bonus, they are clean and tidy, and relatively safe. After all, everything is relative. I LOVE national parks here…and because we paid a small fee with our car licences, we have free access. Can’t wait!!
