It seems as though I spend my ENTIRE life planning what meals I am going to prepare, and not actually get there. BUT, this time it is going to be different, and am so excited that my two new books arrived (I LOVE AMAZON PRIME). I am determined to meal plan properly, and actually FOLLOW the meal plan. Grateful for so many books to choose from, with such exciting recipes. Love that I can potentially cook once for the entire week without actually spending an ENTIRE day in the kitchen, because that is what really puts me off…not excited about that very much! Also not very excited at the amount of dishes that it generates, although I have come to be grateful that dishes mean there was food on the table for us to share. I also LOVE breakfast, and could just eat breakfast ALL DAY LONG…one long brunch. I am very excited to be doing some prep work to properly fuel my running….have some big plans on the vision board in my head!
