While packing away the Christmas decorations today, I reflected on this special holiday. It was our first official Christmas in Michigan, and both the girls were home. Not only that, but for the first time, it was actually a really awesome time together for about 95% of the time! We had fun together, we adventured together, and loved each other! Furthermore, these beautiful decorations were from work colleagues – grateful for the path I am on, even if it is not always of my own doing. May I carry the inner joy of light and peace through the year with me!
