The day of Epiphany is always a day of reflection for me. The official ending of the Christmas season, and the long awaited birth of the Holy Child, to the realization of the God incarnate as Jesus Christ. With all the excitement settled, I have been reminded again that the past is history, and we cannot change it, although we can learn from it. Tomorrow is unknown, for all of us, no matter our age, race, gender, or religion. So, the epiphany for me is to live in the moment, and be fully present each day and be grateful, as each day is a gift. I am grateful for yet another beautiful sunset on our evening walk.
